RUDEST, UNKINDEST STAFF EVER -- After flying 5000 miles, landing, luggage, taxi to easyHotel Barcelona it was 1030pm and I was exhausted and the check-in experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE -- They were unfriendly, no one said welcome, they made me feel VERY, VERY unwelcome, and I said "Como estas?" to one of the front desk employees and she looked at me back and didn't say hello or welcome or ANYTHING .. I booked a week there, decided to check out earlier than q week, switched to the Hyatt and had a MUCH, M7CH, MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU HYATT.
