"Big room close to things but the room wasn't clean and there's not a lot of parking"

"Like - the hotel was clean and well maintained. Did not like - tried to order a small, simple à la carte breakfast of Raisin Bran cereal, an apple and a hot tea. I was not hungry so did not want the breakfast bar for $25. My simple order ended up costing $26! They added a large fruit cup and a large hot tea without asking or giving me a choice of the items’ size. This was not fair since I only wanted a small breakfast but the up-charges on these two items caused my small breakfast to cost...

"The people were very nice and tried to be helpful. The thermostat wasn’t working properly. They sent someone to fix it but it didn’t work. They offered to change rooms but it was late and we had an early checkout. Though very stylish, the room didn’t have drawers for our clothes. The really big benefit is the proximity to the airport. "The hotel did warn us they are in the middle of an upgrade, specifically to replace carpeting. The hotel desperately needs it. The musty smell in the hallways is strong. Staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were very pleasant and helpful."
