"This is one of Negril's most established boutique hotels on the west end. Its a beautiful place to stay if you are looking for something tranquil and secluded. enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay with them again."

"En el hotel habia pedido una reservacion por expedia y la misma habia sido rechazada, lo cual inmediatamente realice nuevamente la reserva la cual fue aceptada. Cuando llegue al hotel me cobraron una noche extra, ya que me dijeron que se perdieron de alquilar una noche por mi reservacion rechazada. Lo cual lo senti muy injusto. Alquilo en otras plataformas y nunca me habia pasado. La cuestion sea culpa de expedia o de country country la plata la tuve que poner yo..."

"The floor looked clean but was dusty. I checked in late at about 7 pm and had to head to meet friends and next morning check out, so didn't bother with cleaning. I did point out to the receptionist that it didn't look clean, but she insisted it was clean. The bed sheets, towels had a strange smell to them. I am assuming it was of bleach or some cleaning agents but it was a bit too powerful. Any clothes that I kept on the bed, caught the smell as well. "

"A very poorly managed hotel. Filthy surrounding and room. Initial room had stripping ceiling, AC did not work . Second room was better for these but still filthy. Toilet bowl rusty, roach seen. Piles of old equipment and building materials behind room. Lots of loose and uncovered eletrical wires. Towels worn and torn. Kitchen open with flies, no working kettle on property. Filthy beach chairs needing at least a power wash. Balcony furniture filled without mildew. Stairs to room alway dusty Would not recommend this property to anyone unless there is a full renovation and proper management. "
