"I had an excellent stay! My unit was clean, spacious, and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back! Easy to get around the city, close to everything."

"The room was nice, but it was so dark. Would be nice to have a couple of extra lights so I could actually see."

"Great staff and clean rooms"

"Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Shops and touristic points nearby and walkable."

"Excellent"

"Instal·lacions impecables, molt noves, ben situat i bé de preu."

"El hotel muy bien ubicado, frente a una estación de metro, cerca del centro, comercio, etc. Hizo falta un segundo rack para colocar el equipaje. Quise hacerme un té en la habitación y no fué posible, porque no hay tetera para agua caliente."

"Loved it!! Beautiful"

"Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad."

"The hotel location was perfect and the staff were so friendly. Very clean hotel!"

"propre, bien situé près des métros, tranquille."

"The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is only a short walk from Plaza de España and the Royal Palace, making it easy to get around without a car or public transportation. The room was large enough for three people, but it was outdated. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bath towels were old and worn and should be replaced."

"Excelente atención, buen lugar para descansar y seguir el viaje."

"Rooftop pool was "closed for the season" even though it was 30degC outside in September. Really???Location was great, directly across from Moncloa Metro station. Staff pleasant."

"Loved it! I will be staying here again!"
