"Very lively"

"Excellent property. Short walk to all the major plazas and tour meeting points. Clean and modern. Appreciated the small touches like extra coffee pods, popcorn, waffle maker, shampoo, etc. Check-in was easy. One night we heard loud neighbours well into 1 am. We whatsapped the host who promised to speak to them, and it didn't happen the next night. Shower water was hot. Would recommend for sure. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant. And it's very safe. The police station is right across...

"Excellent breakfast and clean rooms and great location and great staff."

"Well-equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid. Location was excellent, we were able to cook and do laundry and property is kept exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Madrid."

"J’ai trouvé ça très dispendieux pour ce qu’on avait . Le déjeuner était très ordinaire et la chambre pas super propre. Il avait des coulisses sur les murs . Mais l’emplacement était très bien."

"The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my rating stems from the hotel staff putting us on the 2nd floor with windows that faced the atrium and there was a party going on that kept us up until 2 in the morning. I would hope that consideration would have been given to hotel guests to keep them free from the noise by putting them on the opposite side of the atrium and/or at least putting us on a higher floor than 2."

"Buena habitación."

"Breakfast , extremely average . Messaged hotel twice before the trip and got no reply Some Staff quite miserable but not all. Rooms are very quite and feel comfortable"

"Excellent"

"Had a great stay, in a good location not far to walk to most of the main sites only 10 minutes to the grand via and about 20 minutes to the palace.Close to transport links, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area and a couple of supermarkets very close.Lovely big apartment very clean had everything we needed, staff were very helpful and friendly,Ruslana and Salvadore were great with information about how to get around and recommendations for trips.Would definitely stay again"

"Space and room size and cleanliness was awesome; would definitely stay here again. Also, convient walk to lots of activities"

"I loved it!"

"Overall we had an amazing stay. The location was just a few minutes away from Príncipe Pio station and the Royal Palace. The atmosphere was also 10/10, we loved the rooftop bar, restaurant, and gym. The room was also very spacious and clean. And lastly, the staff was absolutely amazing!! Would definitely stay here again."

"Location was walkable to the tourist areas specially where we wanted to go. Restaurants around the area that is not so touristy nor pricey. There is a mini market and self service laundry within 4-5min walk. 2 Twin beds in the only 1bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small load washer/dryer that takes too long cycles but nice to have. Another twin bed in the main living, and the sofa that turns into a bunk bed, that makes it all 5 twin beds for 5 of us. Main bedroom may be able to be transformed to a...
