"What excited us about this property was its safe and great central location and proximity to the major attractions in NYC especially Central Park. The check-in process was straightforward. We were a party of 8 plus a small child and this property offered ample living and sleeping space for everyone. All heating/cooling units and appliances are still new. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to reach and responsive. Thanks. "

"This was a special girls' trip to celebrate a birthday and bonding. We had lots of space in a lovely brownstone on lively block. Incredibly comfortable beds, every surface was very clean. The apartment is walking distance to everything you'd need, restaurants, including Syliva's Restaurant, bodegas, a very convenient TJ Maxx and CVS, the Metro (I forget which stop). "This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. "

"It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. "Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! "
