"There appears to be two rental units in this building and parking is only provided for 1 of the 2 units. I stayed in the upstairs unit and was told I had a dedicated parking spot. Turns out, the parking spot is for the downstairs unit. Parking on the street was a pain because they have a 4 hour max unless you have a neighborhood parking permit.
