"My sister and I stayed here for a weekend down the shore and it was absolutely perfect! Brian thinks every detail out and it was so clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool was also a great added plus! Perfect distance from the boardwalk as well and Brian is always there to help. Thanks for everything and we will definitely be back!!"

"Upon approaching the property, I was a little put off. The bushes are overgrown, and the unit is in desperate need of a paint job. The front steps were wet, though it hadn’t rained . The AC unit in the front window is loud, rusty, and covered with a towel. I took the towel off and realized it was there for a reason. It spews water everywhere. Explains why everything was wet. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed that this is where I was bringing my family. But, a pleasant surprise awaited inside....

I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. "We had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Drawback for us which I didn't anticipate was the step stairs to get to the unit. My wife has mobility problems and she limited the number of times up and down. That was our issue and my oversight not a problem with the owner. We would stay again if we could."
