"The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very small! A few things didn’t work but they sent a maintenance man quickly. Room definitely needed better lighting and some outlets. No views from our windows. Very unappealing. Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine. Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb."

"The house decor was old Victorian & nice. It had a little musty odor. It did get a little warm while sleepy. There is no AC. The room was clean & the bedroom was comfortable. The breakfast porch was very nice. Nancy & the staff were super friendly & nice. The breakfast for both days was delicious. It was nice sitting on the deck after breakfast & at night. The property has it own parking lot which is very convenient."

"The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!"

"Spent a few days at the Queen Victoria. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good as well. The Victorian detail was very nice throughout. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep.
