"We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. "Nous avons passé 6 nuits, en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Il est situé juste à côté de la gare pour aller à Manhattan. Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis."

"Open floorplan with a bedroom for each kid (2) and a suit for us parents. Large dinning table, clean rooms and plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, we didnt have dish towels. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us."
