"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"Me and my co workers rented this place just as a place to sleep while we worked long hours in the city. Unfortunately the place was filthy, the linens hadn’t been washed and there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom. Additionally there was a musty Smokey odor. There is one bed available and two very small and uncomfortable roll away beds as well as a couch bed that has a rod going down the middle that makes sleeping very difficult. "It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all."

"Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. "

"First off the place was clean, bug-free. That's a plus. ITS A THIRD FLOOR, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. if steps are not your thing this is not for you ,you have 2 flights of steps to go up. It is a nice neighborhood. Quiet for being in the city. Parking is terrible you have to wait until later in the day to park near the home, because of the college students.
