"Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

"The place was great, perfect location for our trip for a show at MSG. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is there weren’t any washcloths, so bring your own. Maybe you can request some after you get there though, we didn’t try."

"An unforgettable stay in the vibrant heart of Manhattan. The apartment instantly makes you feel like you’re living the true New York dream. The location is absolutely phenomenal—just a few steps from the Empire State Building, so close you can practically feel its iconic presence as soon as you walk outside.
You’re also right near Macy’s Herald Square, the original flagship store—the one! For anyone who loves shopping, it’s a paradise just around the corner.

"The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that."
