"The Listing was Accurate. Nice clean modern large apartment. Very close to the prudential center. Looks like an up and coming area but not many things to do in the area. Many properties in the area are shuttered and run down. A little desolate and quiet at night. The extra beds should be more than folded up cots in the closet for the guests to set up. "Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! "

"The home was BEAUTIFUL! We had a girls night in and it gave luxury and comfortability. Getting in the home was easy enough, however the communication with the host was a bit overbearing. The home definitely made up for it! Checkout was seamless and we even got the option to extend our checkout for late checkout. I am pleased and would definitely book again."

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up...
