"We were pleasantly surprised to see our room. It was up-to-date, clean with brand, new bedding, great pillows, a coffee maker and refrigerator very nice accommodations. The inside was very clean. Eugene was great at the front desk. We’re glad we made the step there at during our travels to the East Coast. Disappointed that the pool was not open as we were planning on sitting there after a long drive. We appreciated the snacks of water and cookies and chips that were available at the office....

"Our stay was not ideal and my interactions with the host were also not great. We stayed here a week after a snow storm and the driveway was not plowed nearly enough. We had 3 cars in the driveway and had to physically push them out because of how poorly the driveway was shoveled. It was 2 degrees out the day of our stay and when we got there the heat was OFF!! It was FREEZING inside and took the entire night to heat up. After leaving she accused my party of damaging her front door (which we did...
