"This was our 3rd stay at the property, first stay in this specific unit. The family and everyone around the property are all very friendly. The unit has beautiful water views from the large deck on either side. So close to all the best of Highlands. The unit could use updated furniture. Especially the outdoor furniture since the outdoor space is likely where you’ll be spending your time. But anywhere on this property is the place to stay in Highlands!"

"Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it. "

"Cute cottage. Go down alleyway with trash cans next to Primos hoagies and it’s the cute lil house behind it. Decor was beach and it was clean. Only downfall was there was no AC in the bedroom. Other than that cute spot close to beach"

Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. "This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again."
