"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice.

"I knew my room was going to be small but I was shocked. It’s like a broom cupboard. Avoid if you are claustrophobic, there was barely space to move as a solo traveller.
Everything was clean and bar/reception space are nice, but the rooms are shockingly tiny."

"It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night.
Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing."

"Staying here with my daughter for two nights, we enjoyed the reprieve from the heat with the AC! One drawback was the positioning of the toilet - not accommodating for anyone with long legs. Overall, I’d stay here again - close to the St Pancras International, which was a must for our travel."

"Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with stunning city and Thames views with really great staff."

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...

"Gut gefallen hat mir die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, aber die U-Bahn war zu spüren. Das Fenster ließ sich nur wenig öffnen. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Lüften dadurch schwierig.
Es gab im Treppenhaus einen Wasserkocher mit einem Angebot an Tee und Kaffee.
Unglücklich fand ich, dass das sehr kleine Einzelzimmer im zweiten OG lag, die Toilette und Dusche dazu aber im vierten OG.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Gepäck konnte nach dem Check-out aufbewahrt...

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel 41. They always exceed expectations and have the best customer service. We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's our favorite place to stay in London."
