"We initially had a problem accessing the flat, as the property manager was not on site as we'd been told she would be. That was resolved quickly enough, and the manager was responsive to other queries we had. While the flat was clean, and adequate for our needs, it was a bit "shabby" and "tired" - i.e. uneven wood floors and wood countertops that had a sticky residue I was unable to remove. "El estudio muy moderno y muy bien equipado. Las zonas comunes descuidadas y zaguán con buzones destrozados qure daban que pensar sobre el vecindario. La ubicación regular aunque bien comunicada. El registro de entrada pésimo, había que pasar por una tienda para recoger la llave y al parecer la habían entregado ya a inquilinos procedentes de otro país, estuve hora y media cansado y de noche para resolverlo y tuve que hacer algún trámite más para regularizar la situación."
