"This was a great Hotel I have been to London many times and I have used several hotels this shall definitely be the one I shall use from now on. The area has lots of restaurants and the shopping mall is great. The transport is excellent and easy access to Central London. "
"We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries...
"We were met at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady and to our surprise we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family. "

"Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr gut zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit unterstützt -Vielen Dank dafür-. Es gab ein gutes englisches Frühstück und den ganzen Tag Kaffee und andere Getränke kostenlos. Die Zimmer waren nicht groß aber es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte und das Bett war sehr gut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Busstation direkt vor der Tür. Und der Preis ist unter dem Durchschnitt in London 😊. "

At previous stay my request to be moved from bottom floor (noisier) room was accommodated immediately & without fuss. May not have been so easy if hotel booked out. Would choose & and have chosen to stay here again."
"The hotel is very nice, and clean and the room was especially quiet (no A/C noise) and very large. A separate living room/kitchen area and then the bedroom. Very high ceiling and cozy furniture made it very relaxing.
There was a slight issue with the sink draining, but they fixed it quickly. The gym, like most in the UK, was small, but it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely stay here again if I could."
