"Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful. Room was clean and easily accessible. Don’t take a rickshaw in the city without negotiating the cost first. Had an issue when we arrived back at the hotel and Joel and the hotel staff quickly de escalated the situation. Hotel close walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Rockafeller. Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at the Manhattan Club, thanks again!"

"We had a great stay! Staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel is very clean. If you are willing to go off the beaten path for a stay outside of the city this is a good deal! Price was fair and breakfast was good and free every morning. You ve to get there by 10 am. Area could be a bit rough for those who are not used to the area. I am a local so it was fine. Hit El Justine for excellent Latin food that is always ready and hot. Overall we had a great time! "

"The Mandarin Oriental is first class and has a fantastic view of Central Park. After the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, this is a wonderful place to recharge and relax. The Christmas decorations were great and the kids loved the North Pole Post Office and chocolate. We would definitely come back. "
