"Woodland Glen is a good hotel in great quiet setting. The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and the owners were friendly and welcoming. A number of restaurants were within a few minutes drive. Definitely worth seeing the Glow worm Dell at night after dinner. The breakfast provided was of a high standard and delicious. We would be happy to stay here again."

Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. "We booked through Hotels.com well in advance of our visit but on arrival Bryan was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a room available. A nice continental breakfast was left out for us which was cereal, croissant, apple puffs or toast. We had a decent sized room with bathroom and toilet down the corridor. This would have been shared but there were no other residents when we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. Bryan was v. helpful and provided a list of local restaurants and take always."

"Me cobraron por el estacionamiento por adelantado y al hacer check out, volvieron a cobrarme y resultó que tenía que además pagar otra tarifa en el estacionamiento al salir, me hicieron perder tiempo y no me querían atender, casi pierdo el Ferry. Muy mala atención en recepción, son indolentes y groseros. They charged me for parking in advance and when I checked out, they charged me again and it turned out that I also had to pay another fee in the parking lot when I left, they made me waste my time and they didn't want to serve me, I almost missed the Ferry. Very bad service at reception, they are lazy and rude."
