"Clean room, great area"

"Clean room, helpful staff and good location…currently under a bit of renovation otherwise great."

"Great place to stay"

"La ubicación y cercanía con el Santiago Bernabéu."

"Great location, great staff, very clean rooms. My only complain is that I was supposed to get a room with Double bed and got a room with 2 twin beds."

"This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love...

"Excellent"

"Wonderful and not in the main area but walking distance."

"Excelente hotel, ubicación, limpieza, habitación, todo excelente y personal muy amable. Altamente recomendable"

"Had a great stay, in a good location not far to walk to most of the main sites only 10 minutes to the grand via and about 20 minutes to the palace.Close to transport links, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area and a couple of supermarkets very close.Lovely big apartment very clean had everything we needed, staff were very helpful and friendly,Ruslana and Salvadore were great with information about how to get around and recommendations for trips.Would definitely stay again"

"War als Mutter mit meiner 15-Jährigen Tochter dort und habe mich sowohl im Hostel als auch in der Gegend sicher gefühlt."

"Room was perfect for my stay! And the front desk staff was SUPER HELPFUL with what I needed! Will book here again my next time in Madrid."
