"Other than their frustration of flaffing about with the text code for electronic door entry the hotel is everything you need in the city, large rooms, clean, comfy beds. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Great location - great taco place Tacombi across the road - two for one on Tuesdays! Eataly on the corner. Can walk everywhere from here. Would definitely stay again."

It was also wonderful that they offer bag/luggage storage as an option because I arrived late due to flight delays & traffic and literally had to drop my bags off and head over the concert venue. "Overall, had a good time and good price. My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct. "
