"I recently discovered this hotel in NYC. I have been going there for years and I am always unimpressed by the quality price ratio. This hotel is beautiful! High ceilings and very large rooms. Big beautiful Windows and modern. Very nice hardwood floors as well. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommended."

They did not know how to read Expedia bookings and charged incorrectly even after receipt was shown.
