"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own. A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. "No air conditioning. In July, it’s torture. Room was much hotter than it was outside. Couldn’t sleep. We left after one night even though we had already paid for three in advance because it was just too hot and uncomfortable."

"The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. "I stayed at this hotel during the Montreux Jazz Festival so the price I paid was extremely high, though this is only to be expected. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely arranged. On the negative side, this was no air conditioning, which I was expecting for the large sum I paid.
