The spa was ideal for a relaxing afternoon, restaurant had a good menu and very modern, comfy rooms.

"The tv in the room didn’t work. One of the lamps was broken. To use the cold tap you turned it on then had to turn it off again to make it work. There was marks all over the bedroom walls and on the windowsill. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the first time we have been disappointed."

"I was only in London for 2 nights one day and wanted to be close to Paddington train station - I booked the small double as its only me and I wanted to keep my $ for the rest of the trip.
It's hard to rate this place- staff were all very lovely and helpful, location is excellent, room very clean and for the tiny space was well thought out, bed comfy and I could open the windows which is great I have sleeping in aircon.

I was in the basement - no lift and very very steep stairs - I use...

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. "This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it could have been smoother. We weren’t given the room type we’d booked. It was sorted but trouble not needed. Would recommend not having a garden room as it’s much noisier. Terrace bar was lovely. "
