"Great team"

"It is a place that almost has everything"

"Great hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Would have been nice to have use of the rooftop area."

"The room was nice and everything worked well. The staff was so nice and quite helpful. The rooftop terrace is good at night-pretty lighted buildings."

"Fabulous stay - room very spacious and comfortable. Great location for public transport and for getting to all the historic sights. The WhatsApp 24 hour reception service was great and the out of hours check in was smooth. One issue with the whirlpool bath was resolved swiftly and they kindly gave us complimentary breakfast the next day. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again!"

"Our stay was wonderful, and the location was fantastic! The space was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Livianna was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering great recommendations and guidance on what to do and how to get around as first-time visitors. She was also very responsive and made the check-in process easy and seamless. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would happily stay here again!"

"Ha sido fantastico y maravilloso ¡Repetiré seguro!"

"I loved the location and the staff."

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"This hotel is a gem! we loved staying here. The atmosphere was great, staff was accommodating, location was nice and the room was incredible. highly suggest this place!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are super clean and well maintained, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is fantastic, so close to the train station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The showers deserve a special mention: amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water! The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"
