"Excellent place to stay. Big unit with 3 bedrooms so it was big for the 2 of us, but nice."

"The sign for the property was non existent - it looked like it had either fallen apart or was removed. The office was not open when we arrived and appeared to not be open at all throughout our stay (even though the description says it would be open from 8am-8pm). It was difficult to get a hold of anyone when we needed assistance. The exterior of the property needs a lot of TLC - chipped paint, deteriorated wooden stairs, siding, etc. and lots of construction debris around the property. The...

"The view was great. Staff were Okey, but unfortunately, there was a lot of small insects inside the cabin. Once we checked in, we tried to turn on all the appliances and the AC was not working. Called the number on the book and was referred to the staff at the site and Informed us that it is not working and could not tell us when it is going to get fixed. So we have to open all the windows. I e-mailed the office asking maybe to give us a discount on our stay but, sad to say we've checked out...

"The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, which I put up with as I was by myself, but if my wife was with me we would have had to move. Other than that the cottages are nice and we'll equipped."

"The cabin is very comfortable. Super clean. Would stay there again in a heartbeat - but - be aware that there is no restaurant nor convenience store nor gas in Raleigh. Bring food with you as there is nothing in town at all. We were happy to support the town by staying in the cabins and would stay there again."
