"Good crash-pad in a great location. Bed is good and water is clean and hot. Microwave and mini fridge both fine, not too small. Some furniture is flimsy, don't plan on doing any work at the table and chairs. Loose window screen and loose shower slider ought to be looked at but all ok for the stay. Lots of towel bars and hooks for sports gear. I like staying at Motel 6's, and I liked this. Walk to everything King's Beach!"

"Overall, the view was amazing. Right in front of the Hollywood Sign. It’s close to everything and very peaceful neighborhood. The house had enough room plus more if needed. They had bathroom amenities provided like soap, body wash and etc. Nice kitchen with a view. We were out more but you could easily just stay in. Great house. Host and their assistant were great at responding to a few questions when we arrived. Pool table is a nice touch. Only thing is one of the bedrooms on bottom level...
