"Great location, and the reserved street parking spot was really key. Good communication, and easy entry/exit using the keypads. Some areas for improvement: There's some noise leakage from upstairs in the mornings (news radio? loud TV?); the water in the shower never gets very hot; and the touchscreen thermostat only lists "upstairs" as an option, which made us wonder how we could adjust the temp downstairs (where the apartment is). But overall, it's a good 1BR apt in a very convenient and fun...

The place itself was in a great location and had everything mentioned on the profile. Instructions to get to the place was clear and the space was very clean and roomy. "The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

"10/10 Excellent — An absolute SF gem! This place is a peaceful, impeccably clean, and private retreat in one of San Francisco's best neighborhoods. Just a short walk to the Presidio with incredible eateries and shops nearby. Springer was a fantastic and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city—we can’t wait to come back!"

"Such a cute place! Parking spaces were limited but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. I’m not sure I ever truly experienced San Francisco hills before on foot. 😅 Amazing parks (for bird watching) and amazing food nearby. Just be aware of the hills."
