"The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!"

"Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. Thanks Joe."

"The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). "Listing lies about the parking -- there is none. You have to squeeze your way into the driveway past a parked car that leaves about a foot of space to lift your heavy bags over.. The key lockbox is confusing and hard to use with arthritic fingers. There's a handicap accessible sign on the gate but this is a joke because of the car blocking it. Place smells bad too, like cheap deodorant. Cute enough in a basic kind of way. Could use more blankets"
