He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. "The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). "We really enjoyed this separate cottage at the back of a lovely Victorian home. It’s located on a quiet street about a 10-15 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. We would come back again. "

"Not as advertised - we actually left - dirty and blocked in behind a building with broken windows and horrible trash smell- the place was dirty with towels over the couch and not cleaned - property contact just went silent when I asked for refund - giant bummer"
