"Stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. No complaints of the neighborhood. "

"A great place to stay! The shower was a little sketchy and kinda hard to understand, I was either freezing or melting. The floors all felt really dirty and it could get really really warm during the day. But the beds were nice. I would probably stay here again. Our family had a great time for the weekend, 3br allowed the kids to sleep in different rooms and the master br has its own bathroom. Check in and entry is very easy. "My husband and I found this studio to be comfortable, attractive, and very convenient for visiting family in LA with access to family friendly restaurants, the wonderful Village Well bookstore, fun sights to see such as the La Brea Tar Pits and Warner Bros Studio tour (transportation required).We enjoyed being in a neighborhood rather than a hotel as in our previous three trips to LA. The close proximity of grocery, pharmacy, and rental car establishments was very convenient...even a luggage...

"We stayed 3 nights at this location and were very pleased! The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we loved that there was a grocery store and some food options within waking distance. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. "Where do I begin? Let’s see the check-in process was very easy and simple even though I arrived early they were very accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean. Little minor touchups hair and there as to be expected. I would definitely book with this guy again. I am saving this for my future trips and just wanted to say thank you again for showing me and my grandmother a really good time. Hope to book again and if your looking for a nice and quiet, relaxing place to book this one here is...

"Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. "
