"This is a new hotel made up of modular units. We stayed 1 night before our flight and we had a terrible night. The amenities listed are not accurate. There was no pool, there was no dinner, no hairdryer, no shampoo provided. No facecloth. The bathroom is a step up and combined toilet, sink shower all in one. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. There is also no TV in the room and the lighting in the room is poor. The location is close to the airport but not really near much else....

"Excellent staff, outstanding service and extremely friendly atmosphere. If ever back to Waiheke, will stay here again."

"Bonito y clásico hotel. El personal muy amable y muy bueno el restaurante- pub del hotel"

Every detail contributed to a memorable experience, and we had such a great stay from beginning to end. A special mention must go to Philip, who was simply amazing. He attended to all of our needs with genuine warmth and care, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. In the evening, he made us drinks and desserts...
