Close (walking distance) to Rod Laver Arena & MCG and a well-stocked IGA supermarket/convenience store is located next door to the property. Transport options are plentiful and close by. The noise of the trains running nearby was noticeable at first but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The spacious and well-maintained apartment I stayed in (13th floor) made up for that.
