"Cons: The hotel parking was full and the street parking was full, being a Saturday night. We ended up parking a few blocks away. The breakfast was very underwhelming and basic for the price. Pros: The room was very clean and the staff were friendly."

"Not a bad property , however they can’t claim they are a 4 star hotel . Some of the staff at reception , not welcoming at all. I agree that I came early and room is always subject to availability. However I ask if i could take a shower or use the amenities while room is ready . I got a big no ! Not even some other solutions, I came from a long trip of 2 days traveling just wanted to take a shower , if the pool is a no at least the ones on the gym . Staff after that got mute no response...

"Hotel situado en el puerto, pero un tanto lejano de las zonas de interés. Estado de las habitaciones muy viejo. Baño con moho y muy mal mantenido. Grifos y sanitarios muy viejos y algo rotos. Mobiliario estropeado y mal mantenido. Ventana de la habitación pequeña y en una zona muy estrecha de la habitación. Necesita una gran reforma. Decepcionado con Novotel. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen. "
