Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were unable to check in until 4pm for our overnight stay and we had to check out by 10am the next morning. We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults.

Great overall experience. The location is easy to get in and around from. We would stay again. Only thing to remember is collecting the key in Mansfield on your way up to the mountain!
