"The entrance to the hotel is horrible, it's through a small door between two buildings and you need to find your way to entrance through tables of the tapas restaurant with all your luggage. The towels were not clean, they were changed daily but each time we've got a dirty one, the hotel might need to change the washing or drying machine they're using.
