"We had a very disappointing stay. The air conditioner in our room was not working on a hot day, and despite repeatedly asking for help, the staff kept insisting it would “start working soon” Only close to midnight did they finally admit it was a technical fault and some other rooms have similar problem too. There was no maintenance available until next day, no alternative room to move to, and not even a fan provided. The room was fully insulated, so it became extremely uncomfortable and...

"I liked that there was an adult pool. What I didn’t like was it opened at 10 am and bar closed at 5. No whirlpool tub in property but had one in bathroom. I liked being able to go to the restaurant for dinner and App for booking was a breeze. Check in was a hassle, only one person doing check in. I like the bracelet access to room and gates. Food was ok. Some staff super helpful, others so so. Glad housekeeping was always available when needed. Would be nice to have conditioner and body wash not...

"Esta es la tercera ves que me hospedo en el hotel Krystal centro. Estaba un poco esceptico al principio pero la verdad me ha sorprendido mucho la amabilidad de todo el staff desde seguridad y botones en la entrada hasta las recamaristas. Todos siempre han sido muy amables y atentos. Especial gracias a concierge por las exelentes amenidades que mandaron ala habitacion"
