"Property is close/walking distane to broadway/theaters. outdated and not very clean. Had to change rooms. First room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Second room had stains on the walls and weird smell coming from the heating/cooling system when turned on. "

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and greeted by everyone on staff. The location is great and if the weather had been better we would have walked around more. This hotel has the fastest elevators and hot water of any property I have seen. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Yes, I would stay there again. "
