Apartment, situated within the Playa Bastian area, a front line residential site ideal for families and couples. Casas Verdes has private communal pools, only accessible by residents. The apartment and complex has WIFI. The Playa Bastian complex itself has 4 swimming pools in total, 2 with pool bars. A sandy beach with facilities is 200 metres away, no roads to cross. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and shops nearby. The centre of Costa Teguise with more shops/beaches is a 10 min walk along a wide paved promenade (beautiful views). The promenade stretches for approx 2 miles across both sides of Costa Teguise, a beautiful walk at any time of the day. It even has exercise machines for anyone to use (see photo!). There’s a regular bus into the capital, Arrecife. Other parts of the island can be visited from there by bus too. The airport is only 20 mins away by taxi.

Peaceful & perfect for a family

Apartment was as listed, it was much bigger than I was expecting which was nice!! Super easy check in instructions & apartment was lovely & clean. Perfect location. Pool area was very quiet & peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you :)

Playa Bastian, a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property and Catherine was a very helpful host and accommodated all the questions I had. The apartment has everything you need to travel light, it is spacious and is well placed for a lovely small beach equipped with sunbeds (12 Euros per 3 beds and parasol), WC and shower and for the main town. We hired a car and this was fantastic, we got a little lost finding the actual complex but we found it in the end. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and has almost everything you need for self catering, I would recommend a bread knife and some other knives other than steak knives. Whilst the apartment does not have AC using the windows at the front and back creates a lovely draft along with the stand alone fan. The patio is lovely and has a prime spot for the pool area which again is lovely and has plenty of sunbeds for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the only criticism would be that it is a little outdated other than the kitchen. We would recommend this apartment.

Great little apartment for two

We had a lovely week in this apartment - our 3rd visit! Very clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. Location is excellent for a quiet and relaxing holiday but with all facilities close by. Plenty of restaurants to try and small supermarkets. Beautiful pool area well kept, as is the whole site. Easy parking. We love the place!

Simply excellent!

The apartment itself is lovely, clean and has everything you need and more. Very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent after booking. We loved the location - a short 10-15 min walk away from the main centre of Costa Teguise with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We hired a car during our stay and never had any issues parking at the apartment. Will definitely book again and very much looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Peccato...

Purtroppo, non abbiamo trovato la casa pulita, macchie di sugo vecchio in cucina, posate non molto pulite. Il brutto è che abbiamo trovato scarafaggi che giravano per la casa. Inaccettabile! La mattina del check out, previsto per le 10:00, alle 09:00 bussavano alla porta per vedere se eravamo pronti per lasciare la casa. Peccato ... Prezzo qualità non sufficienti !

Todo muy bien, ubicación, comunicación con transporte, playa, piscina, tal y como pone en el anuncio. Lo único que echamos en falta fue la limpieza, por la casa y por los utensilios de cocina, tenía grasa.

Excellent holiday

We had a lovely holiday, from start to finish. A quick cab journey from the airport to the apartment, Catherine gave us all details of what to expect and even provided coffee and milk on arrival. We had everything we needed from bed linen to towels and info on where to find everything. The apartment was lovely and clean . The pool was extremely cold however it was very clean and the whole grounds very well mantained. The beach was on the doorstep and myself and my husband who are runners enjoyed running along the promenade which is on the doorstep. We would def book again in the future.

Lovely apartment in great location

We had a great week again in this lovely apartment. The weather was great and the location of the apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need for a week in the sun in Lanzarote. The lovely terrace leads out to the pool area which is beautifully kept and which in April was very quiet - we almost had it to ourselves! There are plenty of good restaurants within a short walk but our favourite was No.10 We look forward to returning again next year.

The apartment is very well situated for local bars, restaurants and supermarket. It’s easy to get into town. And very cheap for Taxi’s or the bus. The only thing missing is a laundry basket. But apart from that it is very well equipped.

Charming apartment

A lovely apartment in a well located complex. Shops, bars and beach within 150 metres walk. The main resort is a 15 minute walk where you will find a host of restaurants, bars and entertainment. My only slight gripe was the complex pool was very cold, this may have been because our visit was in November, however the pool side is very clean with plenty of sun beds. I would recommend the apartment and look forward to returning very soon.
