If I could, I would give 0 stars. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and wasn't helpful at all. We arrived around 2:45 PM, and lunch closed at 3 PM. We kindly asked if we could go to the restaurant to grab something quick for our baby, as we traveled more than 13 hours and our baby hadn't eaten anything. The receptionist said, "No, it's too late; go after." We asked if there was anything at the pool bar or the main bar. Her response was, "Yes, there should be something; go check." We asked where the bar was, and she didn't clarify anything, just said, "Go to the 1st floor; you will find it." We ended up buying outside the hotel to grab something. Pool bar cocktails and smoothies are so misleading. They say you have everything inclusive, but when you go to the bar, they have smoothies advertised, and, hiddenly, they have a small one on the left of the bar with prices. You will assume that the smoothies are in the inclusive prices, but they are not. Be careful with the towels; that was my first encounter where I had to pay a £20 deposit for cases if you lose or damage them. Then, you'll have to pay £1 every time you take them to be cleaned. So, for example, if you go for 7 days and borrow 3 towels, you will end up paying £21 in total for the towels, which is crazy, as outside of the hotel, shops sell 2 towels for the price of £10.
