"The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham."

It was a bit annoying being in the 6th floor with a lot of heavy luggage as there were a few stairs to navigate and the lift was slow. "Location was great right by Paddington train station. I really liked the property. My room was on the small side, but I was really only there to sleep so that is all I needed. The only negative I have is the staircases up to my room. I did not mind have to climb the stairs, but some of them were very narrow and it was a bit difficult navigating them with my suitcase when I arrived and when I checked out. "
