"The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was that they never answered the phone. And there wasn’t access to any ice. I kept trying to call and call and call. And it was always sent to voicemail. And then their voicemail box was completely full. Then on my last night, their system was down so we couldn’t use our phone key card or even a code on the door. They had to physically let us into the room."

"I had an amazing experience here! The rooms were clean. Housekeeping cleaned my room every single day without needing to call the front desk, and door attendants and rest of the staff was friendly. Such close proximity to Times Square and all the business. Plently of elevators with no wait time despite the number of floors! Absolutely no complaints. Perfect experience!"

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for...

"Single Podの専用バスルーム付きの部屋を予約していましたが、直前でFull Podの専用バスルーム付きにUPグレードしました。加えて騒音が気になったので、できるだけ静かな部屋にしてほしいとリクエストをしました。メールの対応はとても早くて的確でした。結果ベッドがダブルサイズになり、スーツケースが広げられるくらいの隙間が出来て滞在中快適に過ごせたので良かったでかなと思ってます。部屋も静かでした。そして当日チェックインは１５時からだったのですが、思いの他２時間近く早く到着してしまい、どうしようかと思ってましたが、すぐに部屋に通してもらえました。ただ１泊目の部屋のベッドが湿っていて、1日我慢しましたがやはり気になり、翌日伝えたところすぐに部屋を変えてもらえました。英語をほとんど喋れず通訳アプリを使ったり、しどろもどろの会話でしたが、きちんと汲み取ってもらえて良かったです。滞在中は清掃もきちんとしてくれました。ホテルの徒歩５〜７分圏内に地下鉄の駅が２つあり、グランドセントラル駅も徒歩２０分かからない立地なのでアクセスは大変便利です。"

"The bed was uncomfortable, too high, and the room was small. I didn't like sharing a bathroom and it wasn't stocked with hand soap or towels to clean your hands. Plus they look the outside doors at 10 pm which we didn't know about because our concert ended about 10 pm and we walked back to the hotel and didn't get back until 10:30 and had to knock on the door to get in."
