Including a couple cold waters and chips and NO ONE does that. Super clean. Close to EVERYTHING. Staff was ok; stayed out of way. And that's very cool. I've stayed in a half dozen or so hotels in Manhattan in the last year or so and This place is the sole hotelier that didn't monkey with the charges trying to gouge me. Sad but true. Props to...

"The entire building was under construction and this was not noted before booking. Business room, gym, restaurant etc were all unable to be used. My husband had to conduct business in the hallway. Many of the floors were under construction and it looked bad. There was no room service and we felt like we should have stayed at a cheap hotel for the price we paid. "
