"I liked the Dream Midtown. My husband and I needed to take care of some business close by and this hotel was perfect. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. The room was simple and clean. At check in we were greeted by Mike that has excellent customer service. I met Edwin; the bellhop. He was polite and when we checked out, he offered to hold our bags in case we wanted to do any last minute site seeing. Also, he offered us assistance to the airport if needed. "

"Water was not hot the first day. We were next to a very loud ice machine that was being used at all hours. Window insulation was poor so room temp control wasn't great. Elevators were very fast and plentiful. Room was clean. Staff were efficient."
