"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

"great location in Upper West Side, nearby Central Park and the subway station, which is very convenient. Everything was very clean, and the room was more spacious than expected, being in NYC. The $10 breakfast vouchers was enough for us to have a quick breakfast. The sink was clogged when we got there, but they sent someone up to fix it right away."

"Great location and very comfortable beds. One elevator was continually down which was hard. Tub stopper was only half effective and rusty coloured water came into tub at some point every time i ran it. Slow for service for extra blankets and pillows and to plunge a toilet (7 hours later). There also is an extra $40/night fee which was not advertised until we were checking in. non-negotiable apparently."
