"Unbeatable price for NYC. Staff was up cleaning loudly at 8am so that was a bit much and some of the artwork was inappropriate for young kids. Sharing bathrooms with other guests was a non issue."

"Staff were amazing! They are so helpful and accomplished even when I had questions via text message. Unfortunately we were not alerted ahead of time with their ongoing construction/renovation happening that it was affecting my kids with asthma. Elevator use took forever because only 1 was actively working for the whole building, and was too cold for my small kids to use the stairs outside the building. Overall the location was amazing! I'd come back again once construction is done. My kids...
