Location is fantastic, three blocks away from the Q's 96 st. station. The room is OK and loved the water pressure. This, whoever, is where the good stops, and I mean halts!
Start with the "Valet Parking": There is NO valet, there is an e-kiosk to request car pickup from a nearby garage, a contracted service by the hotel. So, if you expect to drive in, drop your car and forget? Nope!
Retrieving your car is another problem... We needed to leave at 6 am and requested the car at 5:45 am. Apparently someone was ahead of us and they brought that car first just to realize the lady was still sleeping. You will think they will leave it and go retrieve ours since we were waiting in the lobby? Think again... The car was returned at 6:45 am, an hour after requesting it.
Also, and no less important, you get the privilege of an abysmal service for $102.00 per night!
The staff is next... I couldn't find a single person working there that wouldn't give you attitude. No matter how politely you asked, they were always annoyed to have to give you an answer, no matter how minimal or trivial your question was. Forget about "please" and "thank you", that's not in their universe. Overall it worked for a working day, it was an OK place to crash, but forget about enjoying it...
