"Upon arrival staff on site was very nice, respectful and responsive. Great short stay experience. "

"TV didn’t work as in the regular channels weren’t even on and the TV kept saying it is disconnected to WiFi even though I kept putting the password give to me. No WiFi, elevator is slow and stinks and takes forever. No conditioner or soap. Bath tub was dirty, I had to clean. I stayed for 1 night so it was ok but I cannot imagine staying there for a week."

The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."

"I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Toronto. The location was extremely central, walking distance to the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, the CNE, and the Convention Centre. There were also tons of restaurants in the same building and all around the block. The hotel was very clean, but the best part was definitely the comfortable furniture and mattresses.
