Hotel would get five stars if it had bonuses like a balcony, roof deck with views, bar/restaurant. "Don’t book at this hotel. I’m not a type of person who likes writing reviews, but this was a must. I don’t want people to have a bad experience, the same way I did. First, this place is like a scam, its not described as it was on the internet. The place is disgusting, the room and bathroom overall is very dirty, smelly (most likely weed). I literally breathe during my stays, I booked it from Saturday to Monday, cause I needed to attend a concert at the UBS Arena, and this hotel was the closest....

"乗り継ぎ目的で1泊するには十分でした。部屋も日本のビジネスホテルより広かったです。 シャワーの電気が切れていたけど、海外はこんなものかと。 夕飯だけは、近くにレストランがないので、JFKで済ませてくることをオススメします。ホテルに簡単なものが食べれるラウンジがありますが、本当に軽食しかないです。 ホテルでデリバリーできるレストランのメニューをくれますが、電話しか対応していないため、私は通話できないeSIMだったので、なんか食べてくれば良かったなーと思いました。"

"The room was small and clean. Water pressure was low in the shower, water was nice and hot. Breakfast was lacking. The pancake machine was broken. One of the two coffee machines was broken. I was able to get gluten free toast, but it seemed like an inconvenience when I asked. I would give it four out of five stars. It has free shuttle from La Guardia which is great."

"Attended wedding @ The Palm House. Hotel close enough to walk to venue in good weather. Staff was welcoming & efficient. Room was clean. Linens & towels were fresh & clean. Renovated fairly recently but quality of tile work a bit shoddy (sloppy grouting). Only bright overhead lights, no bedside or desk lamps. "The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue.
