"Room clean. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Staff was very pleasant. Loved the availability of food and coffee from the bar. Would've preferred a room with a view, but not sure if I might've needed to pay extra for that. I would like to have had a microwave and refrigerator. I guess we could've requested the latter, but we didn't bother. I understand these things tend to be more prevalent in budget hotels, and not so much in higher-end properties.
